Uzbekistan's five boxers to clinch gold medals in Indian Open

Uzbekistan national boxing team earned five gold and two silver medals in the International Boxing Tournament Indian Open from January 28 to February 1, 2018.

Central Asians participated with a full squad as seven of them reached final stage of the five-day-long tournament in New Delhi.

Bobousmon Boturov, Isroil Madrimov, Bakhodir Jalolov, Abdulhay Shorakhmatov and Hudoynazar Fayzov defeated their all opponents on the way to claim gold medals.

Sanjar Tursunov and Ikboljon Kholdorov advanced to finals, but they finish Indian Open with silver medals.
