The venue and time have been announced for Uzbekistan's matches against Syria and Qatar

 

The time and venue of Uzbekistan’s matches against Syria on March 23 and Qatar on March 28 in the final stage of Asian Qualifiers for 2018 World Cup. According to the official media release, Uzbekistan and Syria national team will compete at Tuanku Abdul Rahman stadium situated in Paroi, Malaysia. The match will start at 08:00 p.m. (local time. GMT+1).

The White Wolves’ another match against Qatar national team will be held at Bunyodkor stadium, Tashkent starting from 06:00 p.m. (local time. GMT+5). The officials for both matches have not been appointed by the AFC yet.

Currently, Uzbekistan have been fighting to book a ticket for 2018 World Cup with I.R. Iran, Qatar, Korea Republic, China P.R. and Syria national teams in Group A. After the first phase of Round 3 of Asian Qualifiers, undefeatable I.R. Iran is leading with 11 points staying in the first place of the table followed by the Korea Republic who gained 10 points and Uzbekistan who managed to win three teams except to Melli team and Korean side gathering 9 points. In the next places, Syria has 5 points, 2022 World Cup hosts Qatar collected only 4 points where Chinese performed their the worst results ever suckering only two draw results.
