A Horror Show by Uzbekistan's Denis Istomin in Melbourne Park

Today the most important and sensational result was written into the history book of tennis in the world. In Round Two of 2017 Australian Open, Uzbekistan’s Denis Istomin has grabbed its Serbian opponent Novak Djokovic who are the second-seeded tennis player of the world and defending champion of Australian Open.

A six-time AUS Open champion was defeated in five sets by world’s 117th tennis player Denis Istomin in the tennis drama lasted 4 hours 47 minutes in Melbourne Park.

Denis Istomin started the match with a high motivation leading to winning the first set in a tie-break before Djokovic gained the next two sets come-backing to the game. However, Istomin managed to change everything he planned in the last two sets and secured a victory over Serbian tennis player by finishing off the biggest win of his career named as “A Horror Show”
 



After Istomin’s stunning 7-6 (10-8), 5-7, 2-6, 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 victory over Djokovic, ranked No. 2, suffered his earliest defeat in a Grand Slam tournament in nearly nine years.
