Hector Cuper votes for his compatriot Lionel Messi in the FIFA The Best Awards 2018

The 62-year-old’s vote was unsuccessful as his awful debut in Uzbekistan with a 1-1 draw with Syria and a 1-0 defeat from Iran in Tashkent this September. Also, the White Wolves’ captain Odil Akhmedov voted for Lionel Messi.
