Coach Yorkin Nazarov, who started his career at the club Surkhon last year and made a worthy contribution to the team to maintain its place in the Super League, continues to work in the team.

It is known that after the end of the season, FC Surkhon underwent significant changes. Several of last year’s squad have gone. Coaches have also changed. At that time, the fate of Yorkin Nazarov at the club was also in question. However, it was recently revealed that the specialist has stayed at FC Surkhon and continues to work.

"If necessary, we will hire scouts from Uzbekistan"

- My return to the club was not an unexpected surprise. It only took a while. I actually had a contract with FC Surkhon. So I couldn’t even get out of here. As a result, it became clear that I would be left at the club. It just took them a while, as I said earlier. I worked as a coach the previous year and we left the team in the Super League. What I am doing this year, as I mentioned above, is to educate more young people, raise young people from Surkhandarya and bring them to the main team. What I’m doing right now seems interesting to me as well. There is so much to do. That is why I am studying the work in this direction for myself. Just as I have worked hard as a coach, I want to give all my strength and love in this direction and help the team. On the plus side, I’m in my favorite football.

"The style that Lopez demands is new to our football"

- As you know, in the beginning, other coaches came to the club from Spain. They left and were replaced by Angel Lopez and his staff. I think these coaches have had little time to prepare the players for the season. I go to their classes and see, it’s all great. The players are also interested. If the football that the head coach demands are done by the team, everything will be fine. Lopez is also an attacking football fan. He is also focusing on a game that specializes in attacking and pressing. The better the players master the instructions given by the coach, the better the team should be. The style that Lopez demands is like a novelty to our football. I’m not a defender myself, I’m an attacking football fan. The two of us have a similar style, but his tactics are different. I still haven’t gotten inside to fully master the coach’s tactical style. Importantly, Lopez demands good football.

"Surkhon stadium will be ready for the beginning of next year"

- The home stadium of FC Surkhon will be reconstructed. The area will also be updated. I think he will be ready for next year's championship. Probably, the reason is that our team still does not show such results and does not play at home. This means that we always play away.
