Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan sign the Memorandum of Collaboration

Uzbekistan Professional Football League (UzPFL) General Director Omon Gofurov met with Kyrgyzstan Football League (KFL) President Nurbek Atakanov in Tashkent on April 12.

AFC Responsible Person for Central and Southern Asia, Yogesh Desai and and Uzbekistan Football Association General Secretary, Sardor Rakhmatullaev attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Omon Gofurov and Nurbek Atakanov signed the Memorandum of Collaboration between Uzbekistan Professional Football League (UzPFL) and Kyrgyzstan Football League (KFL), which is designed to provide opportunities to cooperate and exchange experience in the area of competition management, marketing, media, constructing stadiums and organizing friendly matches between clubs and national teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

As a part of the memorandum on cooperation, friendly match between FC Neftchi Kuchkor-Ota (Kyrgyzstan) and Fergana (Uzbekistan) will be organized. The date and venue of the match will be announced later.
