Eldor caught up with Shatskikh, but there is a “problem”

Our national team led by Srechko Katanets beat Bolivia in a friendly match. The only goal that decided the fate of the match was scored by Eldor Shamurodov.

After that, all our colleagues began to write that the Spezia striker repeated his Maxim Shatskikh record and became the best scorer in the history of the National University of Uzbekistan. But when we look at the situation from a different angle, more interesting facts appear.

I mean, most of Eldor's goals were scored in friendly matches without official status (19 out of 34). Only in official games the number of goals scored is 15. If you look from this side, Shamurodov has not even caught up with Odil Akhmedov (16), who spent his career in the center of the field. Above them are our former "guards", such as Server Dzheparov (17), Mirjalol Kasymov (17) and Alexander Heinrich (21). The record in this regard still belongs to Shatskikh, Max scored 27 goals in official matches for our national team.
