Ravshan Irmatov discussed future plans with FIFA Technical Consultant

It should be noted that recently the UFAleadership has been holding various meetings with foreign football specialists.

According to the UFApress service, an experienced FIFA specialist Gayoz Darsadze, who is responsible for working with the technical departments of Central Asian associations, visited the Football Association of Uzbekistan. A meeting was held with the participation of AFU First Vice-President Ravshan Irmatov, officials and specialists, as well as Gayoz Darsadze.

At the beginning of the meeting, the parties discussed the ongoing reforms and changes in football in Uzbekistan, as well as achievements. It was noted that cooperation between FIFA and AFU is based on trust and respect.

Then the FIFA representative was informed about the technical department of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, its activities, the work done this year, as well as about future projects and plans.

A number of issues on the development of children's, women's and beach soccer and futsal in our country were discussed. The issue of holding scientific and analytical courses and seminars with athletes in 2022 with the involvement of foreign specialists was also considered.

During the conversation, Darsadze also noted that the industry occupies a special place in the development of modern football, and the creation of this system will serve the development of football in the country.

The parties expressed their readiness to jointly implement promising projects and set priorities for the development of football for 2022.
