Uzbekistan beat Egypt to claim bronze medals at the Continental Futsal Championship

Bakhodir Akhmedov’s side faced Egypt at the Show DC Mall after they received a 7-5 defeat from Iran in the semifinals.

Uzbek side scored all four goals in the second period as two-time African champions were unable to decrease the deficit and bronze medals went to Uzbekistan.
