Uzbekistan to host professional boxing night in May

As you know, several Uzbek boxers are fighting under the banner of the Vietnamese boxing promotion "Cocky Buffalo". According to Sports.uz, on May 30, the company is working with the Professional Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan to organize a boxing night in Uzbekistan.

Uzbek fighter Olimjon Nazarov, who competes in super flyweight category (50.8 kg), will defend his WBO Oriental belt. At the same time, another Uzbek boxer Abdurasul Ismoilov (8-1, 5KO), who fights in the lightweight category (61.2 kg), is expected to return to the ring in the ranking fight.

Ravshanbek Shermatov (5-1, 2KOs) and Abdulaziz Najmiddinov (6-0, 6KOs) will have their next fights on April 17 at the show in Vietnam. Najmiddinov will be challenged by Tren Nguyen, a representative of Vietnam, who is making his professional boxing debut, and Shermatov will be tested by Bui San Soni from the same country with Nguyen. Bui San will also makes his debut fight.
