System: Swiss, 9 rounds
Time control: 90 minutes + 30 seconds per move from the first move

The tournament will be held in two groups:

Group A - for players with a rating of 1800 and above
Group B - for players with ratings up to and including 1999
(Players with ratings from 1800 to 1999 can choose which group to participate in)

Prize Fund: 350,000,000 soums (UZS)
Karshi Open III is included in the official list of Circuit tournaments.
