Our Tennis Players Shine at International Tournament

At the J30 junior tournament held in Namangan under the auspices of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), Uzbek athletes are delivering impressive performances.

In the singles quarterfinals, Mahmudbek Beknazarov defeated neutral player Mikhail Gavrilenko with a confident score of 6:3, 6:0. He will face another neutral player, Klim Kasintsev, in the semifinals.

In another singles clash, Danila Kvasov and Alan Zinatulin—both from Uzbekistan—will compete, with the winner advancing to face Viggo Wagenknecht from Germany in the semifinals.

In the doubles semifinals, Uzbek player Amir Safoev, paired with neutral player Timur Dautov, will play against the duo of Albert Khalatyan (neutral) and Viggo Wagenknecht (Germany).

Meanwhile, the second doubles semifinal will feature an all-Uzbek showdown: Nikita Gafurov and Alan Zinatulin will take on Mahmudbek Beknazarov and Abdurakhmon Karimov.
