Uzbekistan's Gulomjon Abdullaev misses a semis spot to Russian Zavur Uguev in last 10 seconds
In his opening contest, Uzbek wrestler struggled with Minghu Liu from China and celebrated one of the biggest individual wins of his Olympic career with a 10-2 score.
However, Abdullaev was stopped by Zavur Uguev in the quarterfinals as the 26-year-old Russian used more late theatrics to defeat Uzbekistan's Gulomjon Abdullaev, 6-6 on criteria.
Uguev trailed 6-4 late in the second period, then hit an inside-trip for a takedown in the final 10 seconds to win again.
