FC Pakhtakor target FC Nasaf defender Akmal Shorakhmedov

FC Pakhtakor earned a spot in the play-off stage of the 2018 AFC Champions League after they secured the third place in the Uzbekistan Oliy Liga 2017.

Ahead of the new season, the Lions aimed to strengthen their side with new players as they already targeted FC Nasaf's defender Akmal Shorakhmedov.

Akmal Shorakhmedov moved to FC Nasaf from FC Bunyodkor at the beginning of this season and he played in 30 matches for the Dragons as he scored one goal in the local league and assisted two goals in AFC Champions League Qualification Round.
