Uzbekistan stay 10th after three days in the 18th Asian Games
Uzbekistan stayed at the 10th place of the medal tally after the third-day events in the 18th edition of Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang.
In the third day, Dmitriy Shokin gained a silver medal for the Central Asians in men’s taekwondo, while his compatriots Adkhamjon Ergashev claimed a bronze medal in men’s weightlifting and Svetlana Osipova was awarded a bronze medal in women’s taekwondo.
So far, Uzbekistan’s athletes claimed 10 medals, including 1 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals.
