Sergey Fomin Advances to Main Draw at Tbilisi Challenger

Uzbekistan’s Sergey Fomin has successfully advanced to the main draw of the ATP Challenger tournament in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In the qualifiers, Fomin defeated Pavlos Tsitsipas (Greece) with a score of 6:3, 7:5, and then overcame Semyon Pankin (Russia) in a hard-fought match: 2:6, 7:6, 6:2.

Now through to the main round of the tournament, which boasts a $60,000 prize pool, Fomin is set to face Aleksandre Bakshi of Georgia in the first round.
