The UFA leadership met with the German youth football coach

Today, the first vice-president of the Football Association of Uzbekistan Ravshan Irmatov met with the German youth football coach Andrey Wibertem.

At the beginning of the meeting, the successful participation of the Uzbekistan U23 national team in the Asian Cup, the Olympic qualification for the first time in history, and the high growth of Uzbek football in recent years were acknowledged.

They also discussed the selection of players, children's football, sports pharmacology and medicine, proper nutrition and vitaminization of young players in football schools and academies.

The need to introduce German football education in Uzbekistan, to exchange experience of experts from the two countries, and to sign a memorandum of cooperation in other areas was emphasized.
