Transfer News. FC Almalyk close to sign a contract with Serbian Igor Jelic

Uzbekistan’s FC Almalyk has finished its Antalya training camp started on January 11. During those training sessions, they faced off three foreign teams in friendly matches which were ended with a victory of Uzbekistan Oliy League side.

During the training took place in Antalya, Turkey, several foreign players joined the club, but only Igor Jelic agreed to ink a contract with FC Almalyk.

The 26-year-old central midfielder played for FC Travnik in the second half of 2015-2016 Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier League, then transferred to FC Jagodina fielding in 12 matches during the first half of Serbian Super League. He also performed in the squad of Serbian PRVA League clubs BSK Borca and Bezanija, and Serbian Super League participants Donji Srem, Novi Pazar and OFK Beograd during his professional career.
