Afruza Khamidova earn a gold medal at the World Cadet Rapid & Blitz Chess Championships 2019

According to Chess Federation of Uzbekistan, Rukiya Olimova, Afruza Khamdamova, Otabek Oybekov and Ozodbek Oybekov represented Uzbekistan in the 3rd edition of Rapid & Blitz World Chess Tournament in Minsk.

In U-8 Rapid chess event, Uzbekistan’s Rukiya Olimova claimed a silver medal with 8.0 points, while her compatriot Afruza Khamidova earned a gold medal with 8.0 points in U-10 Blitz chess event.
