Davron Fayziev: We have not played in the defensive style ever

After the match between FC Sogdiana and FC Nasaf, which led to finish off the matchday 29 of Uzbekistan Professional Football League, host team’s coach, Davron Fayziev attended the post-match press conference.

He started his speech by apologizing for the fans for lost in the last match of UzPFL 2016 at home stadium.

- First of all, I would like to apologize for the fans for our lost in our stadium during the last home match. It was so terrible to not able to make the fans happy with our victory over guest team. Our squad could not play with a full control and ability. We have not played in the defensive style to keep the score as draw ever. We are used to get ball control and neutral attacks in a single match in the league.

Also, Davron Fayziev expressed near future plans of FC Sogdiana and his players.

- Near-future plans? We have not discussed about this topic with senior managers of FC Sogdiana. We have one match left in UzPFL 2016. My and players’ contracts with the club will end on December 31 this year. We will meet on December 18 and make decisions about who may be transferred or leave the club as a free agent and stay in FC Sogdiana to participate in the next season of UzPFL 2017.
