FC Krasnodar coach Murad Musaev visited Namangan to see Urunov’s on-field skills. If the negotiations finish successfully, Uzbekistan international will move to Russian side.
This season, the 17-year-old proved FC Navbahor coaching staff’s trust performing a good football in 30 matches of Uzbekistan Super League.
Urunov could be the second Uzbek player, who plays in FC Krasnodar, after Uzbekistan national team captain Odil Akhmedov. Akhmedov played FC Krasnodar in three seasons before he joined Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG in 2017.
