Sukhrob Nematov opened the scoring for FC Bukhara before FC Sogdiana took the lead as Jasur Hasanov made a double in a span of 13 minutes. But the sides went to the break with a 2-2 draw after Zokhir Pirimov put the sides in the level term.

After the restart, a goal from Bahodir Nasimov and Shohruz Norkhonov's double saw FC Sogdiana claimed a 5-2 win over FC Bukhara.
