Israil Madrimov leads Uzbekistan team into the stadium during opening ceremonies at the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta Palembang, Indonesia.

Israil Madrimov earned a gold medal at the ASBC Asian Boxing Championships 2017 and claimed a silver medal in the 17th edition of the Asian Games in South Korea.

Asian Games opening ceremony will take place on 18 August in the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. From July 8 to September 2, spectators will be treated to a total of 484 events in 42 sports taking place across Jakarta, Palembang, and West Java.
