The date of the match between I.R. Iran and Uzbekistan changed

Minor changes occurred in the schedule of Uzbekistan national team in 2018 World Cup Asian Qualifiers, reports Uzbekistan Football Federation.

The starting time of the match between I.R. Iran and Uzbekistan was changed from June 13, 2016, to June 12, 2016, after the decision confirmed by Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran and Uzbekistan Football Federation.

After the first leg of the final qualification round in Asia, I.R. Iran is staying in the first place of Group A scoring eleven points in five matches. South Korea garnered ten points becoming the second team of the group as Uzbekistan is struggling for one of two World Cup tickets one point behind collecting nine points.

Uzbekistan national team will face off with Armenia on January 23 and Georgia on February 12 as a preparation for the second leg of Asian Qualifiers. The next leg of Asian Qualifiers will continue with the match against Syria on March 23.
