One of the Uzbekistan’s iconic players, Timur Kapadze announced that he will finish his career after the final match of Uzbekistan Cup 2017 will take place at the Bunyodkor Stadium on December 4.
A 12-time Uzbek League winner capped 119 matches for Uzbekistan national football team. He started his career in Fergana-based FC Neftchi before he moved to FC Pakhtakor in 2000. Kapadze also played for FC Bunyodkor, K-League side Incheon United FC, UAE Gulf League club Sharjah CSC and earned the Kazakhstan league title with FC Aktobe.
Timur Kapadze played in 21 matches for the Railwaymen in this season as he scored 3 goals. The 36-year-old midfielder will end his professional career on Monday.
