Transfer News. Server Djeparov has rejoined Esteghlal FC after his 6-month loan period at Sepahan SC

The Persian Gulf Pro League club Esteghlal F.C. have completed the signing of Uzbekistan international midfielder Server Djeparov on Monday.

On 15 January 2017, Djeparov joined Esteghlal side after signing an internal one and-a-half year contract, but his internal contract could not be registered with Alirzezo Mansourian’s side due to a FIFA imposed transfer ban.

For that reason, he had to find a new team in the winter transfer window and he joined Sepahan S.C. on loan with a half-season contract.  Djeparov scored only one goal in 10 matches in the Iran Pro League during his 6-month career at Sepahan S.C.

Djeparov will travel to Armenia to join Esteghlal in the training camp. The 34-year-old attacking midfielder played 121 times for Uzbekistan national football team and scored 25 goals.
