Uzbek boxers win five medals at the Nikolay Pavlyukov Memorial Boxing Tournament in Russia

Shahzod Muzaffarov was awarded a gold medal as he defeated Kazakhstan’s Mohammedsobir Bozorboyuli in the final bout in men’s Light Flyweight.

Another Uzbek hero Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev won Russian Akhmadshoh Makhmadshoev in the finals and earned a gold medal.

Uzbekistan’s Khurshidbek Rasuljonov, Suhrobjon Kayimov and Nurislom Ismoilov lost their semifinal bouts and finished the tournament with bronze medals.
