Uzbek clubs learn their opponents for the ACL 2018
The Asian Champions League 2018 Draw took place today and gave us a number of interesting matchups ahead of the coming year, with play-off matches yet to be played to determine the final member in all of the groups.
Uzbek clubs discovered their Group Stage opponents for the 2018 edition of the AFC Champions League following the competition’s official draw in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.
Uzbekistan Oliy Liga champions FC Lokomotiv start their campaign in Group B in AFC Champions League 2018. The Railwaymen face Al Duhail of Qatar, UAE-based Al Wahda and West Play-off winner in the group stage.
FC Nasaf may struggle with Persepolis of Iran, Al Sadd of Qatar and UAE-based Al Wasl in Group C if they will manage to win Al Faisaly SC in the play-off stage at the Karshi Central Stadium.
FC Pakhtakor will compete with Al Jazira of UAE, Saudi Al Ahli and Iranian Tractor Sozi in Group A if they can beat Al Gharafa in the play-off match in Qatar.
