Korean team defeated Uzbekistan as a comeback victory in the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 Asian Qualifiers.
Marat Bikmaev opened the score in surprising fashion with his astonishing long-range shot from the center of the pitch as Kim Seunggyu had come off his line.

Unfortunately, Uzbekistan’s side could not keep their leading in the score until the match is ended.
After the half-time, Korean team used to dangerous attacks in opponent’s side and Nam Tae-hee equalized the score on 66 minutes in Seoul World Cup stadium. It was not enough for Korean Republic team as they continued pressure on their rivals to take the lead.
Five minutes to complete, Bundesliga-based Koo Jacheol made no mistake and rifled home making a comeback victory over Uzbekistan. This result provided them the 2nd place of Group A of Asian Qualifiers one point behind Iran Melli Team when Uzbekistan dropped down into 3rd place of the group taking an advantage to be qualified FIFA World Cup Russia 2018.
