Uzbekistan's six referees to officiate in AFC U-23 Championship Qualification Round

Aziz Asimov and Ruslan Serazetdinov will officiate Group D matches in Saudi Arabia as his compatriot Timur Gaynullin will take charge of Group I matches in Myanmar.

Sherzod Kasimov and Alisher Usmanov will leave for Group K matches will take place in Vietnam, while Valentin Kovalenko will referee Group B matches in Bahrain.

In this round, a total of 16 teams will qualify to play in the final tournament, including Thailand who qualified automatically as hosts. These matches also serve as the first stage of the AFC qualifiers for the 2020 Summer Olympics men's football tournament in Japan.
