Uzbekistan played a goalless draw with South Korea in the last match of Asian Qualifiers campaign as they lost the hopes to book a ticket for 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.

The White Wolves failed to claim the second or the third place in Group A, while Iran and South Korea qualified directly, and Syria advanced to the Play-off stage.
