Saidkarimov faced Shamael Chaudhry of Great Britain in quarterfinals after he defeated Worovin Kumthonkittikul of Thailand in the 2nd Round at the Islamabad Tennis Complex.
In the three-set long game, Uzbek player achieved a 6-4 3-6 6-2 win over Shamael Chaudhry ahead of the semifinals against Kai Wehnelt from Germany on Friday.
