Six fencers leave for the World Fencing Championships 2018

Uzbekistan’s six athletes will participate at the World Fencing Championships 2018, which will take place in Wuxi in China from July 19 to 27.

Malika Hakimova and Veronika Rojkova will take place in women’s division, while Oleg Sokolov, Javohir Nurmatov, Roman Aleksandrov and Fayzulla Alimov will represent Uzbekistan in men’s division.

Fencers from 108 countries and regions will compete for 12 gold medals in foil, epee and sabre events.
