Uzbekistan U-16s earn the third place at the Kazakhstan President’s Cup

Uzbekistan national under-16s football team participated in the Kazakhstan President’s Cup, was organized by Kazakhstan Football Federation in Talgar.  

Dilshod Nuraliev’s side started their campaign with a 0-2 lost to Russia, before they earned a 3-1 victory over Tajikistan. In the last game of the group, the White Wolves shared the points with Kazakhstan-2 as they registered a 2-2 draw.

The match for the 3rd place, Uzbekistan stunned Kazakhstan-1 with a 4-1 victory and awarded the bronze medals in the Kazakhstan President’s Cup.
