Athletics. Anvar Anvarov won the prize at the international tournament in Prague

"Josef Odlozil Memorial" international track and field tournament was held in Prague, Czech Republic. Anvar Anvarov, a member of the national team of Uzbekistan, participating in competitions across Europe, won a silver medal at the bronze level of the World Athletics Federation.

According to the press service of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, Anvarov, who took part in the long jump program, managed to record a result of 7.92 meters. It is important that the 18-year-old Czech Petr Meindlschmid, who became the winner, also showed the same result. However, according to the state of attempts, the host athlete won the gold medal.
