FC Navbahor have to play at the Istiklol Stadium due to construction delays in their home stadium

Namangan side will face FC Kokand-1912 at the Istiklol Stadium in Fergana due to construction delays at the Namangan Central Stadium.

FC Navbahor will kick off the 2019 season with FC Kokand-1912 clash on Sunday.
