How did the leaders of CSKA rate Fayzullaev?

After the transfer of Pakhtakor and Uzbekistan national team striker Abbosbek Fayzullaev to CSKA, which is participating in the Russian Premier League, was officially announced, experts began to express their opinions.

On August 4, CSKA Moscow club released official information about the transfer of 19-year-old Fayzullaev from Pakhtakor.

General director of CSKA, Roman Babaev, explained why the club management transferred the Uzbek player as follows.

- There was an opportunity to transfer a very talented player through the purchase option at a favorable price specified in the contract. We decided to take advantage of this opportunity. In our opinion, Faizullaev's future is bright and has great potential for further growth, said Roman Babaev.

Andrey Movsesyan, the sports director of CSKA Moscow club, also expressed his thoughts and views on the transfer of the attacking player of Pakhtakor and the national team of Uzbekistan.

- This will be a separate project of CSKA for the development of Abbosbek Fayzullayev. We are sure that these efforts will bear fruit in time.

Abbosbek can become a high-level player and will delight the fans of our team in the future - said Andrey Movsesyan.

According to the information, the management of Pakhtakor did not want to let Fayzullaev, who was considered the leading player of the season, to CSKA. However, the player, his agent and officials of CSKA used the clause in the contract, which states that the player can be bought for 500,000 euros.

As a result, the Tashkent city club had to send its pupil to the team of the Russian Premier League.

The Russian press reports the attitude of Pakhtakor CEO Dmitry Adisman regarding Fayzullayev's transfer. 

- Abbos was officially introduced to CSKA. We are now trying to formalize the transfer. The money for the transfer must be transferred by the player himself by activating the transfer right. The contract specifies the amount of 500,000 euros. No money came from the club. CSKA is a serious club. Therefore, there should not be any misunderstandings regarding money transfers, - said Dmitry Adisman.

Let us remind you that the management of CSKA signed a contract with 19-year-old Abbosbek Fayzullaev until the middle of 2026. According to mutual agreement, the parties have the possibility to extend the cooperation for another year.
