Israil Madrimov receives 2018 Best Asian Man Elite Boxer Award

Madrimov defeated all of his rivals in the Asian Games with strong performances including Philippinesʼ No.1 Eumir Felix Marcial and Kazakhstanʼs AIBA World Boxing Championships silver medallist Abilkhan Amankul in the Best of the Asians 2018 project.

Uzbek boxer received his award from ASBC Asian Confederation at the end of ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships in Bangkok.

Israil Madrimov was eliminated in quarter-finals in 2019 Asian Boxing Championships this week as he announced his retirement from amateur boxing after a defeat to Kazakhstan’s Tursynbai Kulakhmet.
