In particular, among women, Diera Keldierova won a gold medal in the -52 kg weight category. In the decisive match, the compatriot won a landslide victory over the Mongolian Sosorbaram Lhagvasuren. This success will bring our Samarkand judoka 500 rating points on the way to the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

Also, Sita Kadambayeva (-52 kg) defeated Poland's Alexandra Kalita in a duel for the bronze medal. It was the first medal for Kadambayeva at the Grand Slam tournaments in her career.

Unfortunately, Kemran Nurillaev (-60 kg) missed a chance in the fight for third place and finished the competition in the top five.
