Kamoliddin Tojiev: "Today We Witnessed How Quickly the Game Could Change"

Kamoliddin Tojiev shared his thoughts during the post-match press conference following the game against Nasaf.

"Today, we witnessed just how quickly the momentum of a match can shift. We started the game well and scored two goals by the 15th minute. Then the opponent seized the initiative and equalized. We managed to regain the lead, and the match remained intense up until the red card. After the sending-off, we took control and decided the outcome of the game."

"We didn’t perform well defensively today. Conceding so many goals is a concern and something we need to work on. The players are capable of much more — the key is helping them build confidence. We’ll continue to have conversations in that direction."

Tojiev also noted the squad is gradually returning to full strength: "Holmatov, Flamarion, and Hamdamov will be back soon. Today, Abdullaev and Buriev returned to the lineup."
