Our volleyball players finished the Asian Championship in second place

The Asian Volleyball Championship among boys under 16 has ended in Tashkent. The teams of Uzbekistan and Iran competed for the main prize. 

Our compatriots decided the first set of an interesting meeting in their favor. Unfortunately, the Iranian athletes dominated the next 3 sets. Thus, our guys won the silver medals of the competition. Recall that this was the first final of the continental championship for our volleyball players of all age categories. In addition, in exchange for this result, our national team also received a ticket to the World Cup, which will be held next year.
