Representatives of the national team of Uzbekistan in Greco-Roman wrestling ended ACh

Rustam Assakalov and Mukhammadkodir Rasulov rose to the podium.

In the final confrontation of the weight category up to 97 kg, Assakalov met with Iranian Mehdi Balihamze. Unfortunately, the fight for the main trophy of the competition ended in favor of the Iranian athlete. Thus, the domestic athlete won a silver award.

In the weight category up to 82 kg, Mukhammadkodir Rasulov defeated Japanese Yu Okajima in a duel for the bronze medal. Mahmud Bakhshullayev (-67 kg) and Mirzobek Rakhmatov (-72 kg) remained one step away from the Asian Championship award.
