Roma have begun talks with the shining star

Roma officials are trying to transfer Ussem Auar from Lyon leaders.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to Rome for € 17 million.

Auar's current contract expires next summer. The talented player is refusing to sign a new deal with the Lions. So the French decided to sell it in the summer.

Jose Mourinho is confident that the player will be able to replace the departed Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Auar finished last season with eight goals and four assists in 44 appearances. He is also facing a serious challenge from the Spanish champions Sevilla.
