The women's national team of Uzbekistan will be coached by a Japanese coach

The Football Association of Uzbekistan continues to strengthen ties with countries where football is developed on our continent. To this end, the next negotiations aimed at continuing the close and fruitful cooperation between Ufa and the Japan Football Association were held in the form of a videoconference. According to the Ufa press service, the meeting discussed the development of football between the two countries, bringing women's football to a new level, exchanging experience, as well as attracting coaches and specialists from Japan to Uzbekistan.

During the preliminary negotiations, the First Vice-President of UFA Ravshan Ermatov took the initiative to use the services of experienced Japanese specialists as the head coach of the women's national team of Uzbekistan and technical director of regional academies.

In turn, the Japan Football Association also supported this proposal, stating that cooperation with Uzbekistan is beneficial to both countries.

According to the preliminary agreement, the head coach and his assistant candidates for the women's national team will arrive in our country in January next year, and the technical director of the territorial academies-in February. These specialists will be entrusted with such tasks as establishing a system for the development of women's football and organizing training based on scientific and analytical approach programs.

The conference was also attended by Japanese trainers, who are expected to start their activities in our country, and presented a plan for the upcoming work. In turn, the specialists of the relevant departments of Ufa familiarized with the situation in the women's national team and football in general, and also provided video material with the matches of the team. This, in turn, will allow Japanese coaches to carefully prepare for the upcoming responsible task by February.

During the negotiations, the terms of the agreement and the tasks of Japanese specialists in our country were also discussed once again. Both sides expressed readiness for long-term fruitful cooperation.
