Transfer ban removed from "Neftchi"

UFA stated that a transfer ban had been obtained from Neftchi.

The Fergana team eliminated debts that contributed to the decision of the Committee on the status and passage of players at the last meeting.

From February 20, a player registration platform was opened for Neftchi. At the same time, the task was set for the club to fully fulfill the terms of the agreement implemented in cooperation with the Union of players of Uzbekistan.
