Two of Uzbeks became world champions in sambo

As it was reported, the World Sambo Championship among juniors and youth has started today in Thessaloniki, Greece.

In the first day of the competition, a total of 7 Uzbeks sambo wrestlers took to the mat to win, and fortunately, all of them finally rose to the podium. In particular, Egambergan Iskandarov (-53 kg) and Gulhayo Juraeva (-50 kg) won gold medals in today's competitions. Ezoza Abdumuminova (-47 kg) won a silver medal in the weight category.

Four more sambo wrestlers won bronze medals. 
-64 kg: Bekhruz Omonov (juniors),
-54 kg: Shahzoda Azatova (girls),
-98 kg: Murod Erkinov (youth),
+98 kg: Dilrukh Asliddinov (youth).
