Uzbek Tigers to host Cuba Domadores and Colombia Heroicos in Termez city

On the first weekend of February 2018, the bell will ring in a new season of World Series of Boxing, AIBA’s unique global team boxing competition that continues to evolve and entertain all around the world as it enters Season VIII.

The format will follow the successful three-group, regional regular season and global play-offs as Uzbek Tigers will struggle with Season VII Finalists Cuba Domadores, Colombia Heroicos and Venezuela Caciques in Group Americas.

Uzbek Tigers start their WSB campaign with Cuba Domadores clash in Havana, Cuba on February 9-10 before they host Cuban team on February 27 and Colombia Heroicos on March 1. According to official media release by Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan, home bouts will take place in Termez instead of Tashkent.
