Uzbek wrestlers claim ten medals at the 2020 Asian Wrestling Championships

In men’s freestyle, Uzbekistan's Ilyas Bekbulatov won the gold medal when he defeated Iran's Amirhossein Ali Hosseini with a score of 10 - 6.

Isa Shapiev of Uzbekistan faced Kazakhstan’s Azamat Dauletbekov in the freestyle bronze medal bout and won in a convincing 4-2 win to claim the bronze medal.

In women’s wrestling, Dauletbike Yaxshimuratova and Aktenge Keunimjaeva were also awarded bronze medals in New Delhi.
