Vadim Abramov looking to return to AFC Champions League

FC Bunyodkor will struggle with Inaugural AFC Champions League winners Al Ain for a group stage spot in 2020 AFC Champions League.

Head coach Vadim Abramov talked to the media in yesterday's pre-match press conference in Al Ain.

"Of course, we know about Al Ain, who is a serious and strong opponent and it will a tough game for us. But we have to win in order to reach the group stage. 

"Al Zawraa game was so easy despite it was our first match this season. Tomorrow's match will the second one, so it will be difficult as players have a lack of experience. 

"There are no injured players in our squad. But five players were with Uzbekistan U23 in 2020 AFC U23 Championship Thailand. In fact, they could play for us tomorrow, however, they spent a lot of time in the field and mentally and physically tired. 

"About the weather, both teams play in the same weather. I don't think the weather will occur any problems for any team."
