Young Uzbek Tennis Players Competing in J30 Tournament in Kyrgyzstan

Four rising stars from Uzbekistan are currently participating in the J30 international tennis tournament taking place in the Kyrgyz Republic.

In the qualifying rounds, Arslon Aliev advanced to the main draw after a hard-fought victory over neutral player Maxim Serebrov (6:1, 6:7, 10:7), followed by a win against Japan’s Kosei Sakamoto (6:3, 5:7, 10:3). He will now face host-nation representative Svyatoslav Buriev in the main draw.

Additional first-round singles matches for Uzbek players include:

• Alan Zinatullin vs. Nazariy Saliyev (Ukraine)
• Nikita Gafurov vs. Ippei Matsushiva (Japan)
• Asilbek Ismoilov vs. Ivan Matveev (neutral athlete)
